Gardening tackles impotence

The men who do gardening on the daily basis never face the problem of erectile dysfunction (ED) or impotence. Yes, it has proved scientifically that “To Tackle ED, Do Gardening.” It is being claimed by the scientists that gardening per day for 20 minutes for a five weeks decrease the chances of ED by 31 percent. ED is a condition observed in men when they fail over and over again to either achieve the erection or sustain the erection during the sexual activity. The main cause of the ED is found to the lack of blood supply to the penis during the sexual activity. Sometimes even diabetes, blood pressure, heart disorders, or kidney disorders lead to the occurrence of ED in men. Nearly 70% of the men all over the world suffer with the ED either temporarily or permanently.

Gardening is acting as the Natural Viagra that is stimulating the blood flow to the penis and is enabling the men to enjoy the hard and rigid erections for a long time during the sexual copulation. To know this a study was conducted in which 500 men who were suffering ED participated as the subjects. These men were asked to do the gardening activity for about 20 minutes daily for 2 weeks and then were asked about there performance in the bed. Around 20 % of the men reported that they were able to get the better erection than before. Then again for the next 3 weeks they were asked to do gardening and then asked the question about there sexual activity in these days. After the completion of the 5 weeks, 31% of the men were able to get the rigid and strong erection for the sufficient amount of time during the sexual intercourse.

Another study results suggest that men can improve their sex life by regularly doing chores like cleaning windows or their cars. Exercise like dancing and jogging for about 15 minutes can also be used to tackle the ED. Men who do sports on a regular basis can halve their risk of impotence and poor bedroom performance. Impotence risk was dropped almost by 52 percent of the men who burned off up to 4,000 kilocalories a week.
Practicing yoga on daily basis for about 15 to 20 minutes is a permanent treatment for ED in men. It has been proved that men who do you yoga regularly never happen to face the erection problems. But, please remember that anything in excess not good for the health and even the physical exercises done more can show the inverse effect on your health in spite of treating ED. These studies clearly explain that physical fitness plays a very important role in the life of an individual.

During the gardening process, digging, weeding, or mowing the lawn are the main activities. These activities improve the pumping of the hearts and blood circulation to the all parts of the body. The blood flow to the penis is also increased during this process. Due to the increased blood flow the contracted arteries open up and the fill the sinusoids in the penis with the blood this helps the men to get the strong and rigid erection. Once the penis gets erect, the blood vessels in the penis harden allowing the men to hold the erection for the long time during the sexual intercourse.

When you are gardening, you come in contact of the plants. As a result the oxygen content in your body is boosted that improves the blood supply to the all parts in the body. This helps the blood supply to be increased in the penis and as a result the men are able to get the desired erections, but still the success rate of the gardening against ED is observed to be 31% only.
