Do Safe Sex, have healthy life

Sex is the most passionate feeling that one could enjoy. Men and women both enjoy the heavenly feeling while they are engaged in the sex. But, it is now become very necessary to make everyone aware that your most exotic experience can end up on the hospital bed, if proper care is not taken during the sex. Nowadays sex is not only left a means of satisfaction but many hazardous diseases are spread through it, hence it is mandatory for everyone to do sex in a safe manner. Many viral and bacterial sexually-transmitted infections are easier to catch and more common than HIV to spread by sex. It is very sad to know the over one million people are infected with STDs, so it is our duty to stop the STDs from spreading.
Here, are few important things that you should take care to make sex safe—
1. Avoid sex with multiple partners—Please practice sex only with those individuals who you know very well and have an idea about their medical history. Otherwise use the condom to safeguard yourself. I would preferably ask you to use the latex condoms because they provide you with the better protection and they don’t tear in between the sexual activity. Other ‘barrier methods’ of contraception, such as the diaphragm or cap, do offer some but very little, protection against the transmission of infection. So, I will strongly recommend the use of condoms to protect STDs.
2. Precautions during foreplay and oral sex—As we all know the foreplay and oral sex both are most preferred ways of sex by both men and women. So, it is very necessary to take the precautions during foreplay and oral sex because they may be means of transfer for the infectious micro-organisms. – cover cuts, sores and other skin lesions on fingers with waterproof plasters or latex gloves, particularly during a menstrual period or if anal foreplay is involved. During oral sex, don’t get semen, blood or vaginal fluid in your mouth, since there is a risk (low) of picking up HIV and hepatitis B this way.
3. Masturbation—It stands to be a best method to avoid the chances of STDs. There is no risk involved if you are alone during the masturbation. But, if there is another partner involved you need to special care. If your partner involves his mouth during the play then there is again the chance of transfusion of infections. An unwashed finger, for example, can spread genital gonorrhoea or chlamydia to the eye. So, wash all your body parts thoroughly if you both plan to masturbate together.
4. Avoid anal sex—Sex through the anal end is found to be the most dangerous as it is easiest way for the transfer of the STDs and STIs. Normally the anal region is found to be the most precarious region that is too be infected. If a person haves an unprotected sex with the partner who is infected with the STDs or STIs then there are 90% of the chances that he may get infected. Use of spermicidal-lubricated condom is found to be very best to protect from STDs. Never move from anal to vaginal sex without changing the condom. If there’s no spare condom handy, move from the vagina to the anus.
5. Be prepared for a sex emergency—Always carry two condoms with you just in case one break or tears while it’s being put on. Both men and women are equally responsible for preventing STIs, using contraceptives and both should carry condoms. Sometimes things go wrong even when you try to do everything right. Use sex toys to prevent STDs, but don’t use the sex toys used by anybody else because they may be infected.
Make sexual health a priority. Whether you are having sex or not, both men and women need to have regular check-ups to make sure they are sexually healthy. Please educate the teens by talking with them and explaining them the hazards of the unprotected sex. Thus, by following these precautionary measures you can make the sex life free from the STDs and STIs.
